We have an exciting new commercial development known as the Pavilion at The V&A Waterfront which has just come onto the market. We are now taking lease offers on the available space.

There is 1990sqm of space available for lease on the ground floor and 2031sqm on the first floor.

The lease specifications are as follows:

    Rental : R185sqm excluding VAT;
    Escalation for a 10 year lease = 8% pa ; for a lease between 5 and 9 years = 9% pa;
    Reserved parking is available at R1, 450 per bay per month. The parking lease will be direct with the Waterfront Company which we will facilitate;
    Tenant Installation Allowance : R500 per sqm payable on receipt of contractors invoices;
    Beneficial Occupation : September 2015;
